Ingredients for 4 1-cup servings
2 ½ cups of pineapple, peeled and cut in chunks
2 oranges, peeled and cut into 4
1 banana, peeled and cut into 4
2 slices of lemon or lime
2 cups spinach leaves (or kale leaves)
2-3 tablespoons honey
ice
¾ cup water
Preparation
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until a smooth, creamy mixture is formed.
Serve in 4 tall glasses and enjoy.
