Blueberry & Lavender Mojito

15 mint leaves
1 ½ shots of lavender syrup
1 shot of fresh lime juice
20 fresh blueberries
1 ½ shots of rum Santa Teresa Claro
Club soda
Mint sprig to garnish

In a tall glass muddle ―being careful not to over-muddle―, all the ingredients but the soda. Fill the glass with crushed ice, top of with soda and stir until you get a purple lavender color in your glass. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and serve with a straw. Salud!

Lavender Syrup | Ingredients
¼ cup of organic dried lavender
½ cup of super fine sugar
1 cup of water

Bring all ingredients to boil on medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let it cool and strain in a sterilized bottle. Store in the refrigerator.
