1 oz of Santa Teresa Claro rum
⅓ oz of Rhum Orange Liqueur
⅔ oz of fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp of gomme
2 dashes of orange bitters
⅓ oz of cranberry juice
Add all ingredients to a boston. Shake with cubed ice and fine strain into a frozen martini glass. Garnish with a flamed orange zest.
