Rosemary and Thyme Syrup

Ingredients for two cups
1 cup of water
1 ½ cup of granulated sugar
3 tablespoons honey
3 sprigs of rosemary
4-5 sprigs of thyme

In a small saucepan bring all ingredients to a boil over medium heat. Lower the heat and simmer for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool, strain, discard the solids and store in a sterilized bottle in the refrigerator.
