Garlic Bread

Ingredients for 4 portions
1 French baguette sliced into 1/3 inch slices
2 garlic cloves minced
3 Tbs. of butter, room temperature
½ Tbs. of fresh parsley chopped

In a mortar, muddle the garlic with the pestle. Add the butter and keep muddling until it reaches a creamy consistency. Add the parsley and mix. Set aside. In a large skillet over medium heat, toast the slices of bread, checking constantly and turning them when the edges start to get golden to brownish. Toast the other side. Take the toast out of the pan and spread with the garlic butter.
