The Opening Act
Ingredients
2 oz ginger liqueur (I used Domaine de Canton)
½ oz of bitters liqueur (Campari or Luxardo)
½ oz of fresh lime juice
Tonic
Shake and strain over ice in a tall glass. Top with tonic. Garnish with a mint sprig.
