Zafra*

Ingredients
1 ½  oz Ron de Venezuela Santa Teresa 1796
1 oz Rhum Orange Liqueur
1/2 oz fresh passion fruit juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
4-5 fresh pineapple chunks

In a shaker, muddle pineapple chunks; add crushed ice and the rest of the ingredients. Shake vigorously. Double strain in a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with a lemon slice and a maraschino cherry.
