El Macuá


Ingredients
1 ½ oz of Flor de Caña rum – 4 years
1 oz of guava juice
1 oz of orange juice
½ oz of lemon juice
1/3 oz of simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water)

Preparation
In a shaker filled with ice, add all the ingredients and shake vigorously for 20 to 30 seconds.

Strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice.

Garnish with an orange slice and a maraschino cherry.
