Blueberries, banana, oatmeal, yogurt and chia Smoothie

Ingredients for 1 large serving
1 banana, peeled and cut into 4
½ cup of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
½ cup of almond milk
2 tablespoons of low-fat plain yogurt
2 tablespoons of oatmeal
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup

Preparation
Put all ingredients in a blender.

Blend until it gets a creamy consistency.

Serve immediately.
