The Ginseng Glow*

Ingredients for 1 cocktail
1 oz of Santa Teresa 1796 Ron Antiguo Solera
½ oz Aperol
½ oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz honey syrup (3 parts honey, 1 part water)
1 package of powdered ginseng tea
Champagne Brut

Preparation
Put all ingredients except champagne in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously.

Serve in a flute and complete with champagne.
