Virgin Piña Colada with Almondmilk

Ingredients for 2 servings:
1½ cup diced pineapple
¼ cup Silk Unsweetened Almondmilk
1 cup Silk Unsweetened Almondmilk (frozen into cubes using an ice cube tray)
1/3 cup cream of coconut
2 tablespoons sweet grated coconut, for garnish

Directions:
Put all the ingredients, except the grated coconut, in a blender. 

Blend until a uniform, frothy frozen mixture is formed.

Divide between two glasses and sprinkle with the grated coconut.
