Guacamole

Ingredients for 4 cups
5 medium ripe hass avocados
8 green onions finely chopped (the white part plus some of the tender green part)
½ green jalapeño pepper with no veins, seeded and finely chopped
1 garlic clove minced
1/3 cup of mild salsa
¼ cup of light sour cream
1 ½ Tbs. of fresh squeezed lime or lemon juice
Coarse sea salt

Half the avocados, remove the seeds and scoop the flesh with a spoon. In a bowl, mash the avocados with a fork. Add the onions, jalapeño and garlic and combine. Add the salsa, sour cream and lime juice and combine. Salt to taste.
