Ingredients
2 oz Denizen Rum
½ peach, pitted and cut
in 4 wedged, grilled for 3 minutes each side
½ lemon, quartered
3 large basil leaves
2 Tbs. of brown sugar
In a shaker, muddle
the peaches, lemon and sugar to a paste. Add the basil leaves and lightly press
with the muddler. Add the rum and ice and shake for 15-20 seconds. Double
strain into a rock glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a basil sprig.
