Ingredients
1 oz of Tequila Don
Julio Reposado
1/3 oz of dry
Amontillado sherry
1/3 oz of fresh lemon
juice
1/3 oz of agave nectar
syrup
1 teaspoon of peach
liqueur (I used Mathilda)
1 teaspoon of mezcal
(I used Ilegal Joven)
Angostura bitters
Mint sprigs for
garnish
Preparation
1. Combine all the ingredients
but the bitter in a shaker with crushed ice. Shake well.
2. Pour into a tall
glass with plenty of crushed ice.
3. Add a dash of
bitters.
4. Garnish with the mint sprigs.
